Refund Policy

At SecurionGlobal, LLC, we are committed to providing professional and high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions. Please read our refund policy carefully before engaging in any service or transaction through our website, https://www.securionhq.com.
 

1. No Refunds for Consulting and Cybersecurity Services
 

Due to the nature of our work and the time, resources, and planning involved in delivering cybersecurity services and consultations, all sales and service engagements are final and non-refundable once work has commenced or has been scheduled and committed.
 

2. Project-Based Work
 

For project-based work (such as security audits, assessments, or custom services), partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has begun

  • A formal written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment or agreement

Refunds will be subject to review and approval by our management team.
 

3. Service Cancellation
 

If a client cancels a recurring service (such as a monthly security monitoring package), the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
 

4. No Refunds for Digital Products 
 

If we offer any downloadable materials, digital tools, or reports in the future, these will be non-refundable once delivered or accessed due to the irreversible nature of digital content delivery.
 

5. Dispute Resolution
 

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a service-related concern, we encourage you to contact us immediately at sales@securionhq.com so we can address the issue quickly and fairly.
